Just stopping in....

Hi everyone it's me, Barbara. Its been a while since I have posted... I even forgot my username and password. Anyway, I thought I would just drop in to say hello and introduce you to me new little one.
 
Not the best picture but you can see some really cute ones here. His name is Marcellus (marc-ee) born April 6, 2009. Marc keeps us super busy along with his big brother Xavier who is now a terrible 2. My hubby says no more kids =X....

I know Dana is working as hard as she can on the May Kit... Pregnancy does kick your butt esp. in the end. I promise the kit is worth the wait, we put a lot of time into it!

Hi all--

Trying to sound "chipper" but I just lost HOURS worth of website updating. I had all the kits loaded from the past 3 months, plus the two new May kits and with one click of the "save" button, the entire "Purchase" page was completely erased. I spent the last 3 hours putting up the kits for you and everything PLUS is gone...

I have no more time or energy to spend on this today. I am very sorry for the inconvenience of having to wait for the kit reveal, but I will have to work on it later tonite or tomorrow. Pregnancy has my patience thin, and the web host has pushed me over the edge. Sneak peaks are on the main page: http://www.thedozenskits.com

my name is katie haddox and i am sooo excited to be the guest designer for the dozens this month!  i have the most wonderful, supportive husband ever named steven, and an adorable, sweet baby girl named paisley [18 months].  i just recently turned 21, which is so strange to think about.  i've had an interest in scrapbooking since i was 8 or so, but didn't start scrapbooking until my sophmore year of high school.  people have described my style as ecclectic and funky.  but i really don't know what to call it, because it seems to change and evolve almost every time i sit down to scrap.  i love the tv show LOST, japanese food, photography [and toy cameras], shopping [especially at anthropologie], and interior design.  if you want to, stop by my blog sometime katiecupcake.blogspot.com  <3katie

Kits are up...!

The March kits are up on the site! (www.thedozenskits.com) Unfortunately, on Sunday, right after the initial site update, tea spilled on my precious laptop and the system went down immediately. This has been devastating for us, but I am able to use an older computer, minus all of my photos and conveniences, and some web capabilities...  :(  I am still taking kit purchases and checking email. Pray I can recover the machine and the material on it...

One down... I HATE Product Delays!!

Just wanted to rant about it, and also say that the lovely and uber-talented Katie Haddox will be guesting for this month's kit with us!

Some sneaks for YOU!

I am waiting on 2 glorious packages and hoping they come in the next day or so, so full kits may be revealed! Barbie and I have certain things in mind for the kits, and it's so hard to deviate from the delicious Dozens vision, so we opted to wait for new product availability--so YOU CAN HAVE IT LIKE IT SHOULD BE!

We hope you appreciate that. I'm starting to wonder if it's more of a "perfection obsession" than anything, but bear with us--it'll be good!
